The Role

Based in Derby

Motorpoint, the UK's leading car supermarket, is looking for a talented Finance Administrator to join our Online Sales Team

£16,087 per annum plus discretionary bonus

Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, the Finance Administrator will be the focal point for all finance compliance issues onsite including monitoring of compliance testing. This role will be the integral link between sales, customer service and business support to ensure business integrity.

  • Administration of finance paperwork
  • Taking finance proposals
  • Notifying customers of their proposal outcome
  • Liaising with our lenders
  • Supporting the sales team’s finance penetration and profit per unit
  • Providing tailored finance packages with an aim to increase cash conversion
  • Assisting with the booking of collections and reducing TBA numbers
  • Pre-collection calls for finance customers
  • Other duties commensurate with the role

The Person

  • Proven track record in an administrative role with a particular focus on processes
  • Ability to communicate with customers and colleagues in a positive manner
  • Well organised, logical approach to workload with the ability to manage several tasks at the same time and prioritise accordingly
  • Thorough and persistent, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent IT skills, in particular a competent user of Excel and Outlook
  • Numeracy skills
  • Works effectively under pressure
  • Friendly, confident and approachable
