We're very proud of our recruitment process at Motorpoint. We operate a transparent and objective process, the main aim of which is to measure two things; values and competencies. Below is a flow chart which details our recruitment process.

Team Member applicants successful at application stage will be invited to attend an interview at the site to which they have applied with the relevant line manager.
Successful applicants for managerial roles will be invited to take part in a short telephone interview with a member of our HR team, they will then be requested to undertake a behavioural and aptitude test.
