Motorpoint have a fantastic opportunity for two enthusiastic HR Partners to join the HR Team based in Derby. This role will report to the HR Manager.
The HR Partners are instrumental in providing a key HR service to the business as a whole, ensuring that high standards are adopted within all elements of HR and Recruitment.
This is a generalist position, working closely with managers at all levels across the organisation.
Whilst the role is based in Derby, the successful candidates will be required to travel regularly, visiting sites on a monthly basis.
The successful candidates will be the first point of contact for all HR queries, and they will work closely with HR colleagues in the team to monitor, review and update all policies in line with current legislation and best practice.
Providing an advisory service to employees ensuring that they are fully aware of their rights and entitlements, and managing staff relationships promptly, responding to queries and managing expectations.
Supporting the HR Manager with grievance, disciplinary and capability investigations and hearing, as well as developing recruitment campaigns

Are you Level 5 CIPD Qualified?
Do you have a good understanding of all current employment legislation?
Do you have excellent administrative skills?
Do you have generalist HR experience within an HR environment?
Do you have key experience of working with, and advising line managers?
Are you team-orientated, results focussed and proactive?
Are you confident to challenge the status quo?
Are you practically minded: able to roll sleeves up and get stuck in!?
